  • How do I add an authorized pick up?

    In Eleyo, any user account listed as a parent of the child will automatically be listed as an authorized pickup. To add additional family members/relationships as an authorized pickup for your child in Eleyo, use these steps:

    1. Navigate to your program's Eleyo site and click Sign In.
      The Sign In page is displayed.
    2. Sign into your account.
      Your Dashboard is displayed.
    3. Under "Your Accounts" select the desired Child Care Account.
    4. Under "Account Management" click Manage Authorized Pickups.
    5. Click Add Authorized Pickup.
      6. If you have already created the family member/relationship in Eleyo, click the "Person" drop-down and select them from the list that is presented. Enter or update the person's phone number, then clickSave Authorized Pickups.
      If you have not created the family member/relationship, click the "Person" drop-down and select Other. Enter the person's name, phone number, and optionally add a note to describe the person (such as uncle, grandparent, or friend), then click Save Authorized Pickups.

  • How do I disenroll my student from care?

    Withdrawal requests must be received prior to the 10th of the month. No changes will be allowed after April 1st, 2024 for the 2023-2024 school year and April 1st, 2025 for the 2024-2025 school year.

    Please email the registrar, Leslie Palac to withdraw your student form the After School Program.

    Please email ecdc@dmusd.org to withdraw your student from the Early Childhood Development Center.

  • How do I make changes to my account?

    Click here to go to your account.  From here you may manage your Authorized Pickups, update payment methods and more!

  • How do I report an absence?

    If your child will not be attending the After School Program, please fallout a Google form to Report an Absence

    If your child will not be attending the ECDC Program, please email ecdc@dmusd.org
